By accessing or using the Optimized Leads website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Optimized Leads provides lead generation services for businesses across multiple industries, including:

• Real estate (buyer leads, tenant leads)
• Education (study abroad, MBA, PhD, certification courses)
• Financial services (forex trading leads)
• Other business lead generation services

We provide pre-qualified, verified leads through our platform, including lead data, contact information, and related analytics. The specific services you receive depend on your selected subscription plan.

3.1 Account Registration: To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security: You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

3.3 Account Usage: Each account is for a single organization. Multiple users within an organization may access the account according to the subscription tier.

4.1 Subscription Fees: Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees vary by plan type (Basic, Premium, Pro) and are billed according to your selected billing cycle.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our checkout page. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

4.3 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.4 Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our refund policy or contact support for assistance.

By purchasing leads from Optimized Leads, you agree to the following usage guidelines:

• Use leads solely for legitimate business purposes related to your subscribed service category
• Contact leads only through the communication channels provided
• Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations (like India's IT Act and similar laws)
• Do not share, resell, or transfer leads to third parties
• Do not use leads for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes
• Honor opt-out requests and remove contacts from your list upon request

We stand behind the quality of our leads. If a lead does not meet our verification standards, we offer:

• Lead Replacement: We will replace any unqualified lead with a verified lead of equivalent quality
• Refund: If replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the affected lead(s)

To request a replacement or refund, you must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the lead. Quality guarantee claims are subject to our verification process.

You may not use our Platform or services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassment
• Make false, misleading, or deceptive claims about our services
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit our platform
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Use automated systems or bots to access our platform without authorization
• Collect or harvest user data without consent

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Optimized Leads and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you provide. We are granted a limited license to use your data solely for providing services to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimized Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform and any lead data will cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
